The hotel was wonderful in every detail. Modern room, comfortable bed, large shower, well-stocked fridge. Delicious breakfasts, perfect sauna. Polite and concerned staff. Great location, close to public transport and popular attractions.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the city center and attractions. It is conveniently close to the metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. There are also restaurants and a food store nearby, providing plenty of dining options. The room was modern, well-equipped, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to start the day off right.
I did find that the walls were a bit thin, as I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

We were actually surprised when we arrived at Smart Hotel Budapest and were welcomed with a bottle of wine from the hotel's own vineyard. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, great to relax and unwind. The hotel's location was excellent, with Heroes Square and the vibrant VII district within walking distance. The kids loved it! The hotel's modern technology was excellent, and we appreciated the convenience of on-site parking. Breakfast had some gluten-free options for me, a nice touch.

We stayed at this place for a few days and it was an amazing experience. The location is great, very close to metro stations which made it easy for us to travel around. Moreover, the neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful, away from the noise of the city. The service was excellent, the staff was very attentive and responsive to all our needs. We especially appreciated the room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping services. The airport shuttle was also very convenient.
We didn't find any negative aspects of this place. We recommend this hotel to all travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and our room was beautifully designed, creating a smart and modern atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly and always available to assist us. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine from the hotel's own winemakers, adding a special touch to our experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center via the nearby metro station. there were plenty of great restaurants at affordable prices in the vicinity.

The staff were extraordinary, kind, and helpful without exception. The hotel had a lovely modern design with smart automation features. The location was very central and convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious with a big bed and well-designed toilet. The breakfast was more than great, and the complimentary wine in the rooms and at breakfast was excellent. Additionally, there was a sauna and steam room for guest use.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.
